Each custom-made piece is handcrafted to tell your story. From the first sketches all the way to the diamond selection, every step is catered, just for you. Anything that you have in mind, we will work closely together to bring it to life, through virtual consultations or in person meetings.
Getting to know you
The first step is to get to know you. Through a virtual consultation or an in store appointment, our designer will meet you, understand your design inspiration and answer any question you might have. You will be guided through the process for a personal and unforgettable experience. If you haven’t already, book an appointment here to get your journey started.
Sketching your ring
Our designers will then get to work and start drawing up some sketches for you to review. From the curve of the band to the angle of the diamonds, you can decide every detail. In order to begin designing, we require a £250 deposit that is then deducted from your final invoice.
Your diamond selection
Once you’re happy with the final design, our gemologist will offer you different diamonds based on your budget or requirement. You’ll also get to learn some of the basics along the way, including the 4Cs.
The crafting of your ring
This is where the magic happens! The design is sent to our goldsmiths, diamond setters and polishers to create your dream ring. This can take up to 6 weeks, however if you need it earlier, do let our team know.
Your dream ring
Once your ring is ready, we will deliver it directly to your door in our Kimaï green box alongside your diamond certificate. The ring can also be picked up at our London store.Any questions? Please contact us here
